Cold water therapy sessions happen here.  Breath work to prepare, guided plunges, and space afterwards to sit with it.  It’s about getting uncomfortable -  on purpose - and walking away clearer and more grounded.

This is where the physical work happens.  One-on-one sessions, small group classes, boxing, weights and whatever you need to move forward, build strength and shift your mindset.  No distractions, just focus.

• I highly recommend doing the relentless 6 week challenge. I lost 6.7kg doing it and gained knowledge & new routines along the way. Michael and Danielle are extremely supportive. I enjoyed it so much I'm doing another challenge now. This is the first challenge I have actually stuck with. I have been asked why I think I stuck to this one.
